We are looking forward to Add More Like minded Recruitment Professionals to our Current Talent Acquisition Team who have a Passion for Recruitment and are willing or Already Performing End to End Recruitment to Support Top Multinational Organizations.

#Understanding of Given Job Responsibility as per the Job Description 

#Research on the provided Job role and making sure to Make rest of the Team understand the same if applies to the role. 

#Identify and Source the Relevant Candidates through Existing database, Job portal Search, mass mailing, Job posting, Headhunting , LinkedIn Recruiter search.

#Ensuring Client Delivery of Candidates on Time and with Consistency 

#Doing Value Addition by Doing Detailed HR assessment Interview and Taking ahead as per parameters 

#Coordinate Interviews and Interact with the Client as and whenever required to let things Moving

#Bring the candidates to Final Closure until the person Gets the offer from the Organization and Joins the Client Organization 

#Maintain MIS and Progress sheet

#Working in line with the organizational goals and vision 

Desired Candidate Profile

You Should be/have : 

- Any Post-graduation degree with HR Internship

- Passion for Recruitment HR 

- Have Worked upon/Handled Extensive Multinational Clients independently - preferred 

- Have extensive Experience of Quality Sourcing and Recruiting Candidates for Top MNC Clients 

- Have good command on excel 

- Excellent Communication Skills, Confident to Interview and Grill Candidates.  

- Having quick learning attitude and positive vision
