Roles and Responsibilities
( Screening pointers ) Ideal Candidate :
Ideal candidate will match all three points below. However, candidate can be trained if they have any TWO points covered.
- Experience with Tealium Stack – Tealium IQ,Tealium Audience Stream
Alternatively, experience with any Customer Data Platform (CDP) – Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), optimove and etc.
- Digital marketing/Analytics - Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch/DTM, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager (at least one among these)
Certifications (optional/good to have):
- Tealium Audience Stream Certified
- Tealium IQ Certified
- Any certification with Adobe Stack – Adobe Analytics Business Practitioner, Adobe Analytics Developer, Adobe Analytics Architect, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target Business Practitioner etc.
Out of first three pointers, if any candidate covers ANY TWO, then we can proceed further.
The Data Management & Client Data Platforms specialist will own and
manage the audience segmentation, audience analytics and testing
strategy and campaign execution.
Advising on data driven marketing activities and providing input on their
Work with client to strategize and drive their audience creation and
activation effort and extract business value from DMPs & CDPs
Help client create holistic view of customer using attributes from
multiple data sources, via CDP integration
Identify analytical opportunities and generate insights to drive DMP
Identify opportunities to scale all data sources, including 1st party, 2nd
party, and 3rd party data to enhance audience effectiveness
Provide technical and business consulting to aid the adoption DMPs
within client organizations, with a strong focus on business outcomes.
Create relevant traits for markets based on various criteria defined by
the client/ best practices
Respond to media agency segment briefs & suggest other potential
audiences and segmentations based on various data
Interface closely with client to deliver and implement recommendations
to improve campaign outcomes
Bachelor or Master’s degree required
At least 5-8 years’ experience in digital analytics, with high exposure to international clients (in direct client facing
Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
Expert in Adobe Analytics / similar web analytics tools with proven experience of generating insight from
business/web analytics data
Thorough working knowledge with minimum 2-4 years consulting and implementation experience on Data
Management Platforms (DMP) like Tealium Audience Stream (preferably), Adobe Audience Manager, Krux,
BlueKai etc. | AEP ( Adobe Experience Platform ) | Adobe audience certification
Strategic thinker with excellent skills in planning, team leadership and client communications.
Deep domain expertise, understanding of current & future trends and best practices in digital marketing analytics
General understanding of Tag management, Data Layer, campaign management
Nice to have:
DMP certifications preferred
International client experience preferred
Experience in Tealium Audience Stream will be given a preference
