Primary Skills:

  • Candidate with experience in Quality Assurance for Insurance clients
  • Candidates who have experience in setting up & running the quality team
  • Will be managing quality for all 3 towers- Claims, end to end, contact center
  • Should have exposure to client management, stakeholder interaction
  • Good communication skills

Educational qualifications

  • Graduation


  • Six Sigma

Team Size/ Span of Control:

  • Team Leading role- will be managing a team of quality reviewers

Shift Timings:

  • 6:30 PM to 4 AM
