- Candidates who have experience in setting up & running the quality team
- Will be managing quality for all 3 towers- Claims, end to end, contact center
- Should have exposure to client management, stakeholder interaction
- Good communication skills

Team Size/ Span of Control:
- Team Leading role- will be managing a team of quality reviewers
- 6:30 PM to 4 AM
