CTC :- 23k in hand
Shift Timings: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm & another shift 10:30 am to 7:30 pm shift (shift will be decided as per roster)
Minimum HSC passed and atleast 2 years of experience in Guest handling.
Good Communication and excellent presentable skills.
Need candidates photograph as well with the CV.
Job Description: Guest Relationship Executive
Follow client's / Property Manager's Instructions during their client's visit / Occasions.
Takes message accurately and see that they reach the proper persons in time.
Gives routine information and directs visitors to various floor asked for.
Maintain records of the Business Centre using the Meeting Room booking CRB software and mails.
Extend courtesy to visitors, escort them to their destination.
Maintaining discipline at the reception and Business Centre.
Maintain data and prepare the MMR on a monthly basis.
Operating as co-coordinator for help desk to attend calls from Clients, forward them to the service teams and seek closures for the same.
Use the complaint management software to assign the complains, contact supervisors/shift engineers ASAP. Closing of complaints soon after resolution to ensure closing time within SLA.
Revert to the Clients on their calls via Mail informing them of the closure of the calls.
Ensure all Supervisors, Shift engineers, executives and managers know how to operate complaint management software.
