Maintaining, files, and outdoor records of the director Managing Incoming calls and Correspondence for MD
Managing the calendar for MD
Checking all the claims applied in the HRMS system and proceeds for approval which includes all sorts of bills, regularization of attendance
Handling sensitive information and confidential matters
Liasioning with the customer to schedule meetings.
Drafting minutes of the meetings
Should be good in MS Office/outlook
Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 4,25,000 P.A.
