1. Candidate should be a graduate in any discipline
2. Excellent communication skills, spoken and written
3. Fluency in English, Hindi. Additional languages known would be an added advantage

5. Prior experience in BPO/Call Center/Helpdesk of any nature (up to 3 years) )(Banking, Insurance back office preferred)
6. Out of the total experience at least one year should be in a supervisory role managing a team size of 10-15 executives
7. Managing escalations
8. Providing on job coaching to executives. Providing soft skills coaching.
9. Quality monitoring and feedback to executives
10. Providing various MIS related to the team performance
11. Coordinating with various teams related to the project
12. Maintaining optimum staffing
Shift timings Any time between 8 AM to 8 PM with 6 days working.
Week off Sunday fixed.

Centralized pick up and drop service from Bandra/Kurla station from 9 AM To 8 PM
